Kitchen Remodeling

Whether you're a gourmet cook or the microwave is your best friend, how your kitchen is remodeled will affect your daily routine. The kitchen is the centerpiece, the heart of many homes...it's where friends and family gather to talk, share meals, and unwind from a long day.

We're here to help you create a kitchen that's functional, attractive and will meet the needs of you and your family's lifestyle for years to come.

Configuration

You want your kitchen to be "user friendly". How you lay out the various work centers of your kitchen, will make cooking, cleanup and storage easier on a daily basis.

The three main areas of use are:

Cooking - Range, microwave and cookware storage

Clean-up - Sink, disposal, dishwasher and counter space

Food storage - Refrigerator, kitchen cabinets and pantry

When thinking about renovating your kitchen, consider the traffic flow and levels of usage in each area. You'll want to think about a concept called "Universal Design" which means that the kitchen is designed not only for beauty but to be functional whether one or ten people work or walk through the kitchen.

Checklist

We've created a check list to help you create your dream kitchen and to prioritize these design elements within your modeling budget. Once you answer the questions, list as much detail about the kitchen remodeling as possible - from type of flooring to the style of the sink. The more details you are able to give us, the better.

If you can't list everything in detail because you aren't sure what will be best, your Neighborhood GuyTM consultant will assist you in putting together your "dream list" for your kitchen and give you an accurate estimate of the cost so you can make an informed decision. At Milford Construction Services we will always work with you to find solutions to fit most any budget.
