• Nomination forms must be e-mailed to the Foundation website or postmarked by the 15th of each month and sent to the Foundation's post office box at:

  Mansfield, TX 76063-0018
  
• The nominations will be reviewed by the Board of Directors
• An award will be given to one boy and one girl each month

Award

The boy and one girl who are selected will receive a $500.00 check from the foundation to use as they and their parents see fit.

• a letter of commendation
• an invitation to a special event with the other Foundation award winners

• Give a donation - donations can be sent to the Foundation P.O. Box.
• Volunteer
• Nominate a worthy young person
• Tell others in the community about The Neighborhood GuyTM Foundation
• Let us know of others in the community interested in donating to the Foundation
