I’m Michael Milford and welcome to The Neighborhood GuyTM Handyman website. Here’s where you can find valuable information on how to improve and maintain your home and how we can help you do that. Whether you select us or not, we want to help you any way we can.
My wife Nancy and I are 13 year residents of Arlington, Texas and we know how important it is to have a trusted professional to call with any home improvement project or repair. As your neighbors, we’re dedicated to providing the best handyman, remodeling and construction experience for all our valued clients.

Michael Milford is a 31 year veteran of the homebuilding and construction industry. He was a Senior Builder and Project Manager for three nationally recognized homebuilders, including David Weekley homes. He’s built and/or managed over 535 new homes since coming to Texas. Michael, Nancy and their two sons, Max and Harrison, live in Arlington Texas. |
